WHY DO NEED THIS COURSE:

 

Providing valid test data has become an important requirement in international/ national business. Lack of
acceptance of laboratory test data across national borders has been identified as a significant barrier to trade.
Laboratory accreditation based on ISO/ IEC 17025 has become an important requirement to demonstrate
competence of laboratories to provide dependable test results. The standard ISO/ IEC 17025 requires periodic
Internal Auditing of the laboratory quality management system. ISO 19011 provides guidance for auditing of
management system. Conducting effective internal audit requires trained and competent internal auditors. The
2-day training program is focusing on auditing of laboratory management system based on ISO/ IEC 17025.

 

WHAT IS OUR METHODOLOGY:

 

The program will be conducted in an interactive environment providing ample scope for discussions. More
emphasis will be given in the direction of providing practical solutions with demonstration, auditor role play,
workshops and case study.


Trainer Profile: MR.Devang Jhaveri

Mr. Devang Jhaveri is owner of Punyam (Global manager group), a leading name in International system certification. Devang has been providing management consultancy services and training since 1991 and has more than 900 clients in more than 30 countries. He is also the owner of NCQC-calibration laboratory; accredited to ISO 17025 for more than 8 years.

The trainer is a B.E, Gold Medalist in 1987 with an MBA. He is a reputed ISO/IEC 17025 consultant as well as a six sigma green belt. He has over 20 years of experience, working with industrial, R & D, and Laboratories as well as management systems consultancy. So far he has conducted more than 50 courses on ISO/IEC 17025 and many laboratories have got ISO/IEC 17025 under his project management in GCC including Saudi ARAMCO, Yanbu Refinery, Gulf Laboratory, NAP Laboratory, Riyadh Refinery, Al-Hoti, Ministry of Works (Bahrain), Q Chem., Gulf Lab LLC, International Laboratory, Doha Technical Lab, Qatar Engineering Lab, Qatar Industrial Lab etc.

He has trained more than 10000 participants so far for ISO awareness and more than 400 participants for ISO 17025 certified internal auditor.
He has done audits as per ISO/IEC 17025 for more than 25 laboratories around the globe.
